2 bunches scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced (white part and as much of the green as you like)

Leaves from 1 bunch cilantro, cut into thin strips

3 shallots, finely diced

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger

6 radishes, finely julienned

1 cup olive oil

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Salt and finely ground pepper to taste

1 package (1 ounce) daikon sprouts
