  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & de-veined
  • 1 medium clove of garlic, finely minced
  • 1 t Sugar
  • 2 T Vegetable Oil
  • 2 T Tequila
  • 1 t Soy Sauce
  • 2 t fresh Lime Juice and extra for serving
  • about 10 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for at least 20 minutes
