  • 1 x carrot, minced
  • A big handful of fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp your favorite Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
