1 x green onion, sliced

3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup hazelnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped

1/2 x lemon, juiced

1 tbsp maple syrup

3 tbsp hazelnut oil

1/4 cup olive oil

fresh cracked black pepper
