Just made frosting and it is awesome, added real vanilla bean and it took it to the next level, don't know about the refrigerating 20min after it made it kind of hard but before I did it it was perfect

Ingredients for 18 servings

1 + 1/2 cups flour1/2 cup Dutch-processed cocoa, sifted

3/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature, cut into pieces

1 + 1/3 cups sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 eggs, at room temperature

1 cup whole milk

2 egg whites (1/4 cup)

1-1/2 cups sugar

1/4 tsp cream of tartar or 1 tbsp light corn syrup

1/3 cup water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean
