8 Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Tbsps sesame oil
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 ½ cups steamed rice
  • 1 ½ cups kimchi, chopped (with its juices)
  • 2 Tbsps low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 ½ tsps toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 green onions, thinly sliced

I just had a chance to try kimchi-I love it. Think fish tacos or with seafood or grilled chicken. Hope you enjoy as much as I do!

I made this but instead of kimchi, I substitute with pineapple and added ham cubes- came out really good!
