1 cup yogurt or sour cream or milk

2 tablespoons wheat germ or natural bran

1 cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons powdered milk

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 cup whole wheat flour or spelt flour or white flour

1/4 cup slivered almond (or any other nut)

4 eggs

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Wet ingredients

Dry Ingredients

1/2 cup oats

1/4 cup sunflower seed (or any other seed)

2 tablespoons soy flour

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup oats , ground in food processor
