Ingredients for 4 servings

2 vine-ripened tomatoes, cut into wedges

1 ripe avocado, halved and cut into strips or wedges

1 large fresh mozzarella ball, halved and sliced into wedges

2 teaspoons Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (I used the reduced sodium variety.)

2 tablespoons Old El Paso Taco Sauce

2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
