3 cups cooked rice

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 teaspoon cayenne

Salt and pepper

3 tablespoons butter

1 onion, minced

2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
