1/2 cup raw walnut halves

1 tbsp honey

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp garlic salt

5-6 cup butter lettuce, mache or spring greens

4-5 slices prosciutto, cut in strips and flash fried in hot olive oil

1/2 cup snap peas, diced

3 x clementines, peeled and sliced thin

6 oz brie with rind, sliced thin

1/2 cup honey sweetened walnuts


1 cup raspberries

1/4 cup honey

1 1/2 tbsp country dijon mustard

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp jalapeno jelly (optional)
