1/4 cup shallots , chopped

2 x chilies , seeded and chopped

1/2 cup water

4 tbs tomato sauce

3 tbs sweet chili sauce

1/2 x lime , juice

2 tbs palm sugar , grated or sugar

1 tsp corn starch

1 x egg , lightly beaten
