Good waffle recipe. Mixing the egg whites first sure made 'em light. I'd omit the olive oil next time or replace it with vegetable oil or butter. It left a slight aftertaste that I didn't love.

2 x eggs

2 cup white wheat flour

1 cup buttermilk

3/4 cup water

3 tbsp sugar

3 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp light olive oil

1 tsp vanilla

2 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup pure maple syrup

Dash of nutmeg & cinnamon
