1/2 cup carrot , thinly bias-sliced

1/2 cup green onion , sliced

1/2 cup fresh mushrooms , finely chopped

4 cups chicken broth

8-12 wonton skins

2 tablespoons pimiento , finely chopped

1 (6 ounce) package shrimp , frozen-peeled-cooked, thawed and finely chopped

1 inch piece fresh ginger

2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro

1/2 cup cooked pork , finely chopped

3-5 dashes sesame oil

5-6 green onions , slivered (about 1/2 cup)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

cilantro leaf (to garnish) (optional)

1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (optional)
