1/2 cup silky soft tofu

1 tbsp hot sauce

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus a little to drizzle

about 12 fresh basil leaves, chopped

2 shallots, minced

1 tsp soy sauce

garlic Clove, finely minced

1/2 cup couscous or Quinoa
