I used panko instead of the almond meal and cooked a little longer than recommended - about 18 minutes. They were delicious!! My husband LOVED them!

Link is working now. Made this tonight. It has a wonderful texture and very flavorful. Made some roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli as sides. Great dish!

1/2 cup raw almonds, ground to a coarse powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup egg whites

2 chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
