1/4 cup (1 3/4 ounces) granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

8 tablespoons (4 ounces) unsalted butter, melted, plus more for the pan

1/4 to 1/2 cup seedless raspberry preserves

1 1/2 to 2 1/2 cups fresh raspberries, gently rinsed and patted dry
