Almond Cream

I use this in place of heavy cream in my savory sauces. I haven't used it sweetened yet.

Ingredients for 4 servings

1/2 cup blanched almond meal

3/4 cup water

Preparation

1.

Add almond meal to blender and start with 3/4 cup of water. Blend and add more water to adjust to preferred consistency.

2.

If you want it sweetened, use sweetener of choice.

3.

Strain through fine mesh strainer.
