2 scoops Visalus Vi Shake Mix, Sweet Cream flavor

1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

1/4 cup nonfat ricotta cheese

1/2 tsp instant coffee granules dissolved in 1 tsp hot water, then cooled

1 tsp your favorite sweetener, or more to taste (I used stevia)

1/4 tsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp sliced almonds (optional)
