½ cup plain fat-free yogurt

¼ tsp ground cumin

½ tsp mint leaves, finely chopped

1⅓ cups seeded cucumbers, finely chopped

1⅓ cups Roma tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped

2 tsp parsley leaves, finely chopped

1 tsp fresh-squeezed lemon juice

1 tsp garlic, minced

pinch salt

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

3 oz reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled

2 Tbsp (about 8 olives) kalamata olives, chopped

6 (6-½ inch diameter) whole wheat pita circles, lightly toasted and cut into wedges
