2 cups vegetable stock

3 bunches hearty greens (collards, kale, mustard), stems removed and leaves chopped, about 16 cups

8 sheets phyllo

-- Melted butter, to brush on phyllo

1 1/2 cup goat cheese

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup toasted almond slivers
