Ingredients for 8 servings

Garlic cloves - peeled and sliced

Minced Garlic

Olive Oil

Jarred Hot Cherry Peppers (red and green) - seeded and sliced

Sliced Hard Cheese - your preference - Sharp Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Asiago, Fontina etc.

Fresh Ball of Mozzarella - sliced

Sliced Sweet Roasted Peppers - soaked ahead in olive oil, garlic and a splash of lemon

Sliced Sun Dried Tomatoes - soaked ahead in olive oil and garlic

Pitted Kalamata Olives

Sliced Pepperoni

Sliced dried Italian Sausage of choice (Sopressata etc.)

Fresh ground Black Pepper to taste

Roll of Fresh Bread

Preparation

1.

Prepare and Slice ingredients as noted above and arrange on a platter

2.

Prepare dipping oil in a small bowl with olive oil, minced garlic and black pepper

3.

Serve with bread for dipping and as desired with the assorted ingredients
