1 large green bell pepper, coarsely chopped

2 tablespoons dried oregano, crumbled

2 teaspoons adobo-style seasoning

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

1 1/2 pounds Roast Pork, thinly sliced or shredded (about 3 cups), plus reserved pan juices, recipe follows

1/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice

2 kosher dill pickles, thinly sliced lengthwise

12 thin slices imported Swiss cheese
