1/4 cup sugar

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

6 Tbsp. (3/4 stick) chilled unsalted butter

1 ½ cup blueberries (picture shows 2 cups, but I just needed 1 ½ cup)

1 egg plus 1 yolk

7.5 oz. crème fraîche

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Sugar (demerara/turbinado sugar) for sprinkling (I did not have it today)
