1 Bay Leaf

2 tablespoons Salt

1 tablespoon Sugar

1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice

4 Thai Bird Chiles

2 tablespoons Ground Almonds

2-3 tablespoons Slivered Almonds

2 tablespoons Golden Raisins

Boiling Water

2-3 Garnish ~Shallots, thinly sliced & friend crisp
