Sorry to say this, for sure it tastes lovely but the fact is that this is definitely not a Spanish tortilla

Ingredients for 4 servings

3 eggs

3 russet potatoes

1 yellow onion

1.5 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

2 tbsps cream

olive oil

Preparation

1.

Peel then boil potatoes

2.

Once cooked slice and layer in an oven proof dish

3.

Add salt and pepper

4.

Slice and sauté onions in 2 tbs of olive oil

5.

Once the onions are cooked, add to potatoes and continue to alternate potatoes and onions in layers

6.

In a bowl whisk the eggs and cream together, then gently pour over the layers. Place in a 350 degree oven

7.

Cook for about 15 minutes or until eggs are set

8.

Add a dollop of creme fraise if desired
