¾ cup red cabbage

½ cup jicama

¼ cup orange, peeled and diced

¼ tsp orange zest

⅛ cup white onion, diced

1 Tbsp jalapeno, de-seeded and diced**

1½ Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 Tbsp tahini

1 Tbsp n toasted pumpkin seeds

1½ Tbsp cider vinegar or 1½ Tbsp lime juice

½ cup cilantro, chopped

½ Tbsp agave nectar

salt and pepper, to taste

¼ tsp cayenne pepper**
