Ingredients for 6 servings

1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill

1/3 cup chopped red onions

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 1/2 teaspoons black peppercorns

3 cups water

Pinch cayenne

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons buttermilk

2 teaspoons Spicy Dill Pickle juice, from recipe below

1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

24 pickling cucumbers (kirbys), each between 3 and 4-inches long

1 small yellow onion, peeled and thinly sliced

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3 cups apple cider vinegar

3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces

6 small bunches fresh dill

12 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed

1/2 cup pickling salt

3 pounds small yukon gold potatoes, well scrubbed and quartered

6 dried small red chili peppers

1/2 cup chopped Spicy Dill Pickles, recipe follows
