4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon kosher salt

salt and pepper to taste

6-8 basil leaves, chiffonaded

1-2 tbsp fresh, finely chopped parsley, divided

2 tbsp olive oil

shredded mozzarella cheese

grated parmesan cheese
