Ingredients for 4 servings

450 grams pasta

30 grams pine nuts

40 grams pesto

150 ml cream

500 grams chicken

100 gr rocket

2 liters water

salt

pepper

tsp honey

2 garlic cloves

20 black olives

8 sundried tomatoes

Preparation

1.

Boil water

2.

Grill small pieces of chicken with some garlic and union , add Salt and pepper and Itallian herbs and a theaspoon of honey

3.

Cook the pasta

4.

Add the Cream and Pesto to the grilles pieces of chicken and let it Cook on a small fire

5.

Let the pasta cool down , add the Sauce and chicken, top it of with the rocket and the pine seeds.

6.

Top it off with black olives and sundried tomate
