1 bunch spinach, washed and leaves only

3/4 cup frozen peas

2 cup packed of fresh basil leaves

2 x garlic cloves, chopped fine

1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp pine nuts

5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

fresh ground pepper

sea salt

red chili flakes (optional)
