four 6 oz Salmon fillets

Sea Salt or Kosher Salt

fresh cracked Black Pepper

2 Tablespoons Grape Seed Oil (or other neutral, high flashpoint oil)

1/4 cup Sake

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar

1/2 Tablespoon fresh grated Ginger
