2 green bell peppers, diced

2 cups dark brown roux, recipe follows

5 sprigs fresh thyme

3/4 pound backfin crabmeat

Fried Okra, recipe follows

3 1/2 quarts fish stock

Cayenne pepper

1/2 bunch celery, diced

Salt and pepper

1 large onion, diced

1 pound medium shrimp

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 ounces chopped garlic
