Fresh Leafy Greens of your choice

Sprouted Wild Rice Quinoa mix from Costco

Fresh grated ginger

Yellow curry to taste

Dry lintel soup

Red Sea Salt to taste

Plain Yogurt, Lime, Avocado, Candied Ginger, Raisins, & Sunflower Seeds

Preparation

1.

Combine 1 ΒΌ cup Sprouted Wild Rice Quinoa mix from Costco 2 cup Water Fresh grated ginger, about 1 teaspoon Yellow curry to taste, about 1 teaspoon Dry lintel soup mix, the kind that comes in a paper cup, just add water Red Sea Salt to taste Follow cooking instructions on package Allow to cool

Serve rice mixture atop chopped Greens

Garnish with Plain Yogurt, Lime, Avocado, Candied Ginger, Raisins, & Sunflower Seeds
