  • 1/2 head Cauliflower
  • 1 of Each Yellow & green squash
  • 1/2 Head Broccoli
  • 1 x Onion
  • 3 x Carrot
  • 3 handful Cherry Tomato
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 6 drop Olive oil
  • Sea salt and Ground pepper to taste
  • 6 x Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Thyme (or Favorite Herbs)

Made this for supper and it was easy, simple and completely yummy. There were no leftovers. :)
