1/2 cup egg substitute (egg Beaters)

3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt

2 tablespoons chopped walnuts (or any nuts you prefer!)

1 tablespoon butter , melted

3/4 cup skim milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

cooking spray

1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal

1 cup all-purpose flour

maple syrup , for drizzling (sugar free, if you desire) or honey , for drizzling
