2 teaspoons fresh lime juice

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 zucchini ( 1/2 pound), cut crosswise on the diagonal into 12 slices

1/2 fresh pineapple, cored and cut into 8 half-round slices

1/2 red onion, cut into 3 ( 1/4") slices

1 cup shredded romaine

1 Hass avocado, cut into 16 slices

4 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
