4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 bag Fresh Spinach , chopped
1 can Artichoke Hearts, diced
2 tbsps Jalapeno' Cheez Vegan Spread
2 tbsps Olive oil
Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
Heat Olive Oil in large skillet for 1 minute.
Add garlic to oil and continue sautéing for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add Spinach and continue to sauté. Once the Spinach wilts, add Artichoke Hearts and continue to cook about 2 to 3 more minutes.
Remove from heat & pour into a large bowl. Add Jalapeño Cheez spread to bowl and stir well.
Serve warm with Blue Tortilla Chips.
