Vegan Spinach & Artichoke Dip

I found this Jalapeño Cheez Vegan Spread in Chicago and its from Totally Vegan food supplier. This brands delivers to a lot if the grocers in my neighborhood. This dip is also great in the center of a Multigrain Bread Bowl.

Ingredients for 4 servings

4 cloves Garlic, minced

1 bag Fresh Spinach , chopped

1 can Artichoke Hearts, diced

2 tbsps Jalapeno' Cheez Vegan Spread

2 tbsps Olive oil

Blue Corn Tortilla Chips

Preparation

1.

Heat Olive Oil in large skillet for 1 minute.

2.

Add garlic to oil and continue sautéing for 1 to 2 minutes.

3.

Add Spinach and continue to sauté. Once the Spinach wilts, add Artichoke Hearts and continue to cook about 2 to 3 more minutes.

4.

Remove from heat & pour into a large bowl. Add Jalapeño Cheez spread to bowl and stir well.

5.

Serve warm with Blue Tortilla Chips.
