1 T dried oregano

1 T dried thyme

0.25 c flour

4 chicken legs with thighs attached

0.25 c olive oil

2 lb rhubarb cut into 1-inch chunks

2 large onion, slivered into sickle shaped slices

2 c chicken broth

0 salt and pepper, to taste

6 fresh thyme

2 clv garlic, peeled and minced

0.25 c parsley leaves, chopped

1 T red wine vinegar
