1 large bunch radishes

1 T olive oil

1/4 cup blanched almonds, toasted and coarsely chopped

1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

2 T fresh oregano leaves

1 T capers

1 small garlic clove

1 anchovy fillet

ΒΌ cup extra virgin olive oil, or more to taste

lemon juice, to taste

kosher salt + pepper, to taste

8 thin slices of crusty bread, toasted (optional)
