  • 1 3/4 c. superfine sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 c. cake flour, sifted
  • 12 egg whites, room temperature
  • 1/3 c. warm water
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 lb cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 c. heavy cream, at room temperature
  • 2 pints of blueberries
  • 2 pints of strawberries, hulled and sliced
