All-purpose flour:2 cup
Active dry yeast:1/4 OZ
Sugar: 1 big tea spoon
Salt: 1 tea spoon
Sliced Garlic: 1/2 cup
2.Boiling garlic bagel:
Water: 4 cup
Sugar: 3 big tea spoon
3.Garlic cream cheese:
Original/Regular cream cheese: 8 oz
Sliced garlic:1/3 cup
Sliced scallion: 2 big tea spoon
Garlic powder: 3 big tea spoon
Salt: 3 tea spoon
Mix the 2 cup All-purpose flour+1/4 OZ Active dry yeast+ : 1 big tea spoon sugar+1 tea spoon salt+1 cup water
Prepare the other big bow and transfer the dough to this bowl. Cover it with a wet towel or a pan cover.
After 1 to 2 hours, once the dough has doubled in bulk,bring out to your working board.Put a lightly floured work surface and knead 3 times before using.
Divide the dough into 8 small dough.
Knead each dough and make a roll.
Make each roll as a doughnut shape.
Boil 4 cup water with 3 big tea spoon sugar then put the dough and keep boiling for 1 minute.
Transfer the dough to a baking pan.Brush some egg wash and put some sliced garlic on the top of dough.
Preheat the oven to 375 F and bake the bagels about 20 minutes.
Garlic cream cheese: Add the Original/Regular cream cheese+Sliced garlic+Sliced scallion+ garlic powder+salt in a bowl.
Serve garlic bagels with garlic cream cheese.
