½ cup of yellow chick peas (soaked overnight)

2 sticks of lemon grass

1 can coconut milk

¼ cups of fish sauce.

4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced

1 small red onion, finely sliced

½ cup of chopped coriander leaf

2 limes, quartered

1 pound of cooked fresh egg noodles

fish sauce to taste

chili flakes to taste
