Canola or vegetable oil (about 5 tsp total)

1.5 cups cooked, cooled brown rice

1.5 cups cooked, cooled quinoa

2 tsp gluten free soy sauce

1 tsp rice wine vinegar

4 scallions, thinly sliced – separate dark green part from light green/white part

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp minced fresh ginger (optional)

Salt and pepper

1 tsp sesame oil

Toasted sesame seeds (white, black, or a combination)
