1 cup cooked rice (fresh or if leftover microwave briefly to warm up)

1 cup diced cooked chicken

2 hard-boiled eggs sliced into quarters

1 cup mixed cooked vegetables (halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced carrots, small broccoli florets)

1/2 cup fresh spinach

2 green onions, chopped
