1 cup rhubarb, chopped in 1/4 inch slices

1/2 cup honey

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 1/2 teaspoons Clabber Girl Cornstarch

1/4 cup water

Topping

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

3/4 cup finely milled semolina or cornmeal

1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons bakers sugar, divided

1 tablespoon Clabber Girl Baking Powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/3 cups cream or half n half

5 tablespoons butter, melted
