1 poblano pepper, roasted

salsa ( Tequilla-Lime salsa Fresca )

1/2 lb grated monterey jack cheese or mexican queso blanco

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

lime wedge , for serving

fresh cilantro stem , for garnish
