2-3 TB. olive oil, divided

1/2 tsp. sesame seed oil (more if you like a strong sesame flavor)

1/3-1/2 Cup fresh cilantro

1-2 jalapeño peppers, ribbed and seeded

1 clove garlic, peeled

1 14-oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1/3 Cup shelled, roasted pistachios

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. GROUND cumin

1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
