2 tsp FOR THE MASHED FAVA BEANS --- Salt, plus more for seasoning

3 cup Fava Beans, shelled, i used frozen and it was fine

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Juice of half a lemon

Freshly ground pepper to taste

FOR THE SANDWICH --- 1 18 inch long baguette

a handful of mache

2 ounces Pecorino cheese, thinly sliced

1 x ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick

1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
