1/2 teaspoon dry oregano

3 green onions , chopped

3/4 cup grated carrot

1 cup broccoli , chopped

1 cup fresh frenched green beans

1 cup onion , chopped

salt and pepper, to taste

2 cups small potatoes , cleaned or potatoes , peeled & cut into 1/2 inch dice

6 cups chicken stock

10 roasted garlic cloves, squeezed out of husk, chopped
