2 tbsp plus 2 teaspoon oat flour

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

zest from two lemons

1 cup butter milk

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 large eggs

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp honey

1/4 cup golden flax meal

1 cup maple syrup

2 x sprigs (about 3 inches each) of fresh rosemary
